我們的故事，始於兩條看似遙遠的軌跡。 Jeffrey 年僅十一便遠赴美國Fay School，高中在Cate書院度過少年歲月，其後於南加州大學完成學業，終於2017 年帶著國際視野返台築夢。Sophiya 在香港成長，先後負笈Phillips Academy Andover 與 Wellesley College，並在倫敦帝國學院完成進階計算機碩士學位，2021 年返港發展。

我們分別在他鄉與故土之間來去，在不同的城市裡學會獨立，也悄悄成為今天的自己。

然而，命運總有最奇妙的安排。

2023 年初春，我們在香港因緣際會，透過共同友人的牽線而相識。兩條曾經平行的生命線，因著緣分而交織。能在茫茫人海中與彼此相遇，我們深感幸運與恩典，並從此決定並肩同行，共築未來。

我們深信，生命的厚度從不是憑一己之力。家人多年的守護、師長的啟迪、友人的相伴——正是您們，成就了今日的我們，也讓我們得以在對的時刻遇見彼此。

人生新頁即將展開，我們期待與您繼續分享更多溫暖的時刻，創造更多值得珍藏的回憶。謹以此刻的喜悅，獻給生命中每一位重要的您。

Dear Family and Friends,

With deep gratitude, we thank you for the love, friendship, and support you have given to us and to our families. It means so much to share the beginning of our next chapter with you.

Long before we met, our lives were unfolding in different corners of the world. At the age of 11, Jeffrey’s path led him from Taiwan to Fay School, then to Cate School in California and USC, before moving home to Taiwan in 2017 to build his career. Sophiya’s journey began in Hong Kong and carried her eastward to Phillips Academy Andover, Wellesley College, and Imperial College London, where she completed her Master’s degree in Advanced Computing.

For years, we moved through different cities, communities, and seasons of life—each of us, in ways we could not yet see, becoming the person the other would one day meet.

There was no obvious reason our paths should have crossed. Yet our seemingly parallel fates converged in the spring of 2023: an unassuming introduction by mutual friends, and here we are, we’re getting married!

As we begin building a life together, we feel especially grateful of the people who helped shape the lives we now bring to one another.

We have been guided by the patience of our families, the wisdom of our mentors, the friendships that steadied us through each chapter, and the kindness of our parents’ dear friends—some of whom we are only now coming to know, but whose care for our families has long been a gift.

Whether you have known us for a lifetime or are joining us through the love you share with our families, your presence is deeply meaningful to us. Thank you for the encouragement, guidance, and quiet acts of love that have carried us to this moment.

We are honored to celebrate with you and look forward to creating many more memories in the years ahead.
